Common Questions About Our Online Quran Classes
What if I have zero knowledge of Arabic?
Our Noorani Qaida course is built specifically for absolute beginners. We start with the very basics of the Arabic alphabet and its sounds, so you build a strong foundation before moving into Quran reading.
Can I learn Tajweed if I am a beginner?
Yes. Our Quran with Tajweed course works well for beginners too. We introduce the basics of Tajweed from the very first lesson, in a way that’s easy to follow and apply as you go.
How long will it take to learn?
The pace depends on the student’s age, dedication, and background. Our one on one classes mean you move as fast as you’re genuinely able to, without waiting on a group.
Do you provide a certificate?
Yes, on completion of certain courses we provide a certificate to recognize what you’ve achieved.
Can I learn both Quran and Islamic knowledge?
Yes. Our curriculum includes Quran recitation courses alongside a dedicated Islamic Knowledge course, so you can build a complete, well rounded Islamic education.
Do you have female Quran teachers for girls and women?
Yes. We have both qualified male and female Quran teachers, and we fully respect the preference many families have for a gender specific tutor.
Can my son learn with a male teacher?
Yes. Our experienced male teachers guide brothers and young men through their Quran journey, with a real focus on correct understanding and recitation.
How are your teachers trained?
Every teacher is certified in Islamic knowledge and also trained specifically in online teaching methods, so lessons stay engaging and effective on a video call, not just in person.
How long is each class?
Each class runs 30 minutes. This length works well for learning and retention, especially for children, without losing focus partway through.
How do the classes work?
Classes are live, conducted through an interactive online platform. All you need is a stable internet connection and a device, a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Can I choose my class timings?
Yes. We run classes seven days a week, so students across the USA, Australia, the Arab world, and everywhere in between can find a schedule that actually fits their routine.
Do I need any special software or technology?
No special software is required. Classes run through Zoom, Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp Video, apps most families already have installed. A smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection is all you need.
Is online Quran learning as effective as a physical class?
In many ways, yes, and often more so. One on one sessions mean the tutor’s full attention goes to you, which usually means faster progress, more personalized feedback, and a more comfortable learning environment than a group class.
Do you offer family discounts?
Yes. We offer discounts for families enrolling multiple students. Reach out on WhatsApp or by email for details.
How can I pay for the classes?
We offer several secure international payment options, including Wise, Western Union, and bank transfer, so paying from abroad is straightforward.
Can I read the Quran online without Wudu?
It isn’t mandatory to have Wudu to read the Quran from a screen, but it’s a highly recommended and blessed practice, a sign of respect for the Holy Book that can help you feel more connected to your worship.
What is the "Quran recitation" service?
This is for students who specifically want to improve fluency, Tajweed, and pronunciation. Your tutor focuses on your recitation, giving real time correction so you can read the Quran beautifully and correctly.
What if I am shy or worried about making mistakes?
Our one on one classes are a judgment free space. Our teachers are patient and encouraging, and understand that mistakes are simply part of learning. The focus stays entirely on your progress and your comfort.
